Forex Margin Calculator

The forex Margin Calculator will calculate how much equity do you need in your forex trading account in order to open a position.

In order to open a trading position or order you need to have enough margins or let me say equity in your forex trading account. To calculate how much equity or margins needed to open a trade the Forex Margin Calculator will use leverage ,lot size ,Instrument traded and the deposit currency.

1.Instrument : Select the instrument for which you want to calculate margins. There are numerous instruments to choose from,  from Forex currency pairs to Indices
2.Deposit currency : This is the currency in which your account balance is displayed.
3.Leverage : Enter the leverage of your forex trading account. The higher the leverage the lesser margins will be needed to open a position.
4.Lot Size : Enter the lot size you want to use to open a trade.
5.Price : The price is the exchange rate of the instrument you want to trade. You don’t need to enter anything here as this Forex Margin Calculator uses live exchange rate

To determine the margin or equity needed click on “calculate” and the calculator will use the values you have entered to calculate the amount that will be needed to open the trade.
